We Need Your Support

As THE stabilizing force in an economically depressed neighborhood, many consider St. Benedict Church a refuge. Our parishioners come to us from around the corner and the suburbs, their support of St. Benedict Church and Parish is the main reason we are able to provide the support and services to our neighbors. Some of the many services we provide are a food bank, housing assistance, employment opportunities, substance abuse counseling, and funeral services. Our goal is to provide everyone with the opportunity to know God, and experience His love through a help up that we all need at one time or another.  

Donations accepted:
We are actively pursuing donations to help repair the 20 clearstory stained-glass windows in the Church. These windows are bowing and leaking causing water damage to the Church and high utility bills, reducing the funds available to provide the much needed services. The cost to repair the windows is estimated at $180,000.
